Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust runs two inpatient wards for up to 21 men and 21 women who have moderate to advanced dementia. Our community teams also support patients in clinics, their own homes or care homes. We have a specialised Young Onset Dementia team which works with patients under the age of 65.
Our memory service carries out tests to diagnose whether an individual has dementia, and if so what type it is.
